EQUIPMENT YOU MAY NEED:
Armless chair, without wheels, against a wall or on a non-slip mat
Rolled up blanket or bolster
Yoga blocks x2 (or substitute with thick books)
Yoga strap (or substitute with a long belt or piece of fabric)
Massage ball (or tennis ball)
Zoom access
Water bottle
